Job summary

Umbrella Club is seeking an experienced ISAM/IAM Engineer to support IBM ISAM implementation, administration, integration and ongoing support of Identity and Access Management solutions.

This role requires hands-on knowledge of IBM ISAM and modern authentication technologies such as SAML 2.0, OAuth and OIDC, with the ability to troubleshoot complex authentication issues and work with clients and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration and support for IBM ISAM/IAM/LDAP environments.

• Implement and support federated SSO using SAML/SAML 2.0 standards.
• Integrate business applications with ISAM based on requirements.

• Support migration to ISAM Federation model.
• Manage ISAM server configurations, policies and user registries.

We are seeking an experienced ISAM / IAM Engineer to join our team and support the implementation, administration, integration, and ongoing support of Identity and Access Management solutions.

This role is suited to an experienced IAM professional with strong hands‑on knowledge of IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) and modern authentication and federation technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administration and operational support for IBM ISAM/IAM/LDAP environments.
• Work across ISAM Base, Advanced Access Control (AAC), and Federation modules.
• Configure and support Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using IBM Access Manager.
• Implement and support federated SSO using SAML/SAML 2.0 standards.
• Integrate business applications with ISAM based on technical and business requirements.
• Implement and support MFA, OAuth, OIDC, and other authentication mechanisms.
• Support application migration to the ISAM Federation model.
• Manage ISAM server configurations, policies, user registries, clustering, EAI, and related components.
• Assist with server deployment and provide end-to-end troubleshooting and technical support.
• Work closely with client and technical teams to build, configure, and maintain a stable ISAM platform.

• Strong hands‑on experience with IBM ISAM / IBM Security Access Manager.
• Experience across ISAM Base, AAC, and Federation modules.
• Strong understanding of IAM, LDAP, SSO, SAML, SAML 2.0, OAuth, OIDC, and ADFS.
• Experience with application integration and identity federation.
• Hands‑on experience with MFA and modern authentication protocols.
• Experience with ISAM policies, user registries, clustering, EAI, and server configuration.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and clients.
