Overview

Irrigation & Pump Systems Field Service Technician

We are seeking an experienced Irrigation & Pump Systems Field Service Technician to join our team at Think Water Adelaide. This full-time position is based in Hampstead Gardens, South Australia, and will involve servicing and repairing irrigation and pump systems for our residential and commercial customers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair issues with irrigation systems, sprinklers, pumps and related equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance services on irrigation systems and pumps
• Liaise with customers to understand their requirements and provide technical advice
• Ensure work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work performed
• Support the broader team with any other technical tasks as required

Qualifications

• Relevant technical qualifications in irrigation, pump systems or a related field
• Demonstrated experience as a field service technician for irrigation and pump systems
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve technical issues
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with customers
• A keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• A current driver's licence and ability to travel to job sites as required
• Willingness to travel for training or work, with flexibility for occasional weekends or overnight stays
• Electrical connect/disconnect is desirable
• Meter Validation is desirable
