Job summary

Abundant Staffing Solution invites applications for a hands-on irrigation installer role servicing cotton, wheat and cattle sectors. You will work on centre pivots, travelling irrigators and sprinkler systems across the region, sometimes away from home during installations or seasonal maintenance.

The position offers a generous hourly rate with overtime penalties, a company vehicle and tools, and opportunities for training and relocation support, within a supportive, established organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience with installing irrigation systems and pumps.
• Ability to interpret irrigation designs and drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills on farm irrigation.
• Willingness to travel across the region and work autonomously or in a team.

About the Organisation

Join a well‑established, privately owned irrigation and pumps business servicing the cotton, wheat, sorghum and cattle industries. The team delivers full system design, installation, servicing and maintenance across centre‑pivot systems, travelling irrigators, pump sheds, bore and submersible pumps, and complete farm irrigation solutions.

About the Role

This is a varied and hands‑on role where no two days are the same. You’ll work across large‑scale irrigation and pump systems including centre pivots, travelling irrigators and sprinkler systems. The position involves travelling throughout the region, with occasional periods working away from home during project installations or seasonal maintenance. You’ll work both autonomously and as part of a team to deliver high‑quality, efficient outcomes.

• Background in agricultural, farming, commercial or domestic irrigation installation
