You will manage investor relationships, assist with onboarding and reporting, and contribute to event-driven initiatives while developing your career in distribution and client relations.

• Understanding of managed funds, investment products or the broader financial services industry.
• Commercial mindset with interest in career development within Relationship Management or Distribution.

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key contact for investors, family offices and referral partners, providing high-quality service.
• Support Relationship Managers with management and growth of investor portfolios.
• Respond to investor enquiries relating to unlisted property and real estate credit investments.
• Assist investors with onboarding, applications, transactions and investment reporting.
• Support capital raising activities, investor events and broader distribution initiatives.
• Track investor interest, follow up on opportunities and maintain CRM accuracy.
• Prepare sales reports, investor insights and analytics for the Distribution team.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams; identify process improvements to enhance investor experience.
