Job summary

Firmus Technologies, a Sydney-based AI infrastructure pioneer, seeks a Team Coordinator to support Investor Relations. You will manage calendars, disclosures, and communications with senior executives, advisers, and shareholders, driving governance processes and market engagement.

This role requires 5+ years coordinating multi-stakeholder programs, rigorous documentation, and experience with IR tools. You will work closely with the GM, IR and senior managers in a fast-paced, listed-company

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in coordination, program management, executive support, corporate affairs, capital markets operations in listed-company environments.
• Ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder processes with senior executives, external advisers, lawyers and governance stakeholders.
• Strong written communication, attention to detail and ability to produce executive-ready materials with version control.
• Excellent organisational skills across calendar management, travel, events and meetings.
• Familiarity with IR governance tools including Microsoft 365, IR CRM tools and share registry platforms.

Responsibilities

• IR Calendar, Meetings and Roadshow Logistics: coordinate calendar, results, AGM, roadshows and investor meetings.
• Materials, Disclosure Workflow and Document Control: manage production, version control and sign-off for materials and ASX content.
• Investor CRM, Register and Data: oversee investor CRM, contact records and management reports.
• Stakeholder Coordination and Team Support: liaise with capital markets advisers, legal, PR and external providers.
