Job summary

Dexus, a leading Australasian real assets group, seeks a Listed Investor Relations Analyst to coordinate investor communications and respond to queries from broker analysts and institutional investors. You will assist internal reporting, monitor broker coverage, and collaborate with the IR team.

You will liaise with multiple Dexus teams to ensure accurate, timely information for investor communications and attend select meetings and property tours with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Commerce/Finance degree and strong numeracy.
• Ability to interpret financial statements accurately.
• Proactive team player who can work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience coordinating investor communications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and simplify information for investor communications.
• Provide responses to queries from broker analysts and institutional investors.
• Assist internal reporting including monitoring broker coverage and Board reporting.
• Build relationships with Head of Listed Investor Relations and team members.
• Attend meetings and property tours with broker analysts and institutional investors.
