Job summary

333 Capital, an Australian corporate advisory firm, invites a capable analyst to join their Sydney team. You will work across all deal stages under a senior team, gaining direct client exposure.

You will support valuation, research and the preparation of reports and sell-side documentation, while analysing various business models to inform advisory decisions.

333 Capital’s team of experienced professionals, with investment banking and corporate advisory backgrounds, are based in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Given our growing client base, we are looking to expand the team in Sydney.

Job Description

This is an outstanding opportunity to work with 333 Capital’s highly experienced senior team across all stages of a deal and gain direct client exposure.

You will be supporting the team with:

• Valuation and research
• Preparing reports and sell-side documents and
• Analysing business models.

Qualifications

Candidates will preferably have two to four years’ work experience gained in investment banking or the corporate advisory area of a professional services firm.
Required skills include:

• Strong financial analysis, valuation and research skills
• Ability to undertake detailed financial modelling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think critically and take initiative whilst demonstrating team-oriented values and
• Tertiary qualifications in an accounting or finance related field.
