Job summary

Perigon Group in Sydney seeks an Investment Analyst / Senior Analyst / Associate to join the Investments & Transactions team. You will work across the full deal lifecycle from origination through underwriting, execution and ongoing portfolio monitoring, collaborating with senior stakeholders.

You will build and maintain financial models, prepare credit and investment committee papers, and conduct due diligence on new opportunities, with real estate debt experience and a proactive mindset valued.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in real estate, ideally with exposure to debt/credit (equity-side candidates also welcome)
• Real estate experience across multiple sectors
• Strong financial modelling skills
• A proactive attitude, with a genuine desire to learn and grow with the business
• Experience at a smaller, more specialist firm is well regarded, though not essential
