Job summary

Drillfast Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated Inventory/Store person to ensure stock accuracy and efficient warehouse operations in Brisbane. You will receipt stock, store it correctly, and perform rolling cycle counts to keep NetSuite aligned with shelf reality.

The role involves high-reach forklift work and close collaboration with the Inventory Manager. You will play a key part in supporting purchasing, customer deliveries, and overall business confidence through precise stock control and timely

Qualifications

• Current LF forklift licence and high reach/reach truck experience in a warehouse setting.
• 2+ years in a store person, receiving or inventory role.
• Sharp eye for detail and ability to check variances before recording them.
• Experience with ERP or warehouse system; NetSuite is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Unloading containers and carrier freight; checking deliveries against purchase orders.
• Receipting stock into NetSuite on delivery.
• Putting away and retrieving stock using high reach equipment.
• Replenishing pick faces from bulk locations.
• Completing cycle counts and investigating variances to root cause.
• Processing returns, bin transfers and adjustments; keeping racking and labeling organized.

We offer a standard 5-day (Monday to Friday) 38-hourweek, with the possibility of end of shift overtime on occasions.

Position Overview:

You’ll be the person who makes our inventory right. Stock comes in, you check it, receipt it and put it away in the right location, every time. You’ll run our rolling cycle counts, chase down variances, and make sure what NetSuite says matches what’s on the shelf.

You’ll spend a good part of your day on the high reach working at height in our racking, and you’ll work closely with our Inventory Manager. Your work directly drives purchasing, customer deliveries and the confidence of the whole business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Putting away and retrieving stock at height using a high reach / reach truck
• Replenishing pick faces from bulk and overflow locations
• Completing scheduled cycle counts and investigating variances to root cause
• Processing returns, bin transfers and adjustments
• Keeping racking, locations and labelling organised and safe

Qualifications and Skills:

• Essential: current LF forklift licence and proven high reach / reach truck experience in racking
• 2+ years in a store person, receiving or inventory role
• A sharp eye for detail - the person who checks the bin next door before writing down a variance
• Experience with ERP or warehouse system (NetSuite a bonus)
• Current Drivers Licence
• A safety-first mindset and a reliable work ethic
