Job summary

Mercor is seeking a remote Operations / Inventory / Capacity Planning Evaluator on a contract basis. You will assess AI-generated artifacts against quality rubrics, ensuring rigor and accuracy in outputs.

You will provide structured feedback to improve AI model outputs and contribute to higher domain quality, working independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Operations / inventory / capacity planning.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides.
• Master's degree or higher preferred.
