Job summary

Mercor is seeking a General business strategy / management Evaluator to operate remotely on a contract basis. You will assess AI-generated artifacts against domain rubrics, identify errors, and provide structured feedback to help improve AI model performance.

This role requires independence, strong English, and experience with office suites. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure relevance and coverage across datasets; remote work and asynchronous deadlines are standard in this

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in General business strategy / management.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides.
