Job summary

Vitex Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Inventory Officer to join our Operations team. This full-time role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory records to support manufacturing and distribution in a fast-paced environment.

Based at Eastern Creek NSW, the position involves regular counts, discrepancy reconciliation, stock level monitoring, coordinating with internal teams, and operating pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inventory management or related field preferable
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Physically fit.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and records
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained to support production and customer orders
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and components
• Assist with counting and stock takes
• Be able to use pallet jack and other Warehouse equipment.
