Qualifications

• Experience organizing and preparing machinery for operation.
• Ability to adjust settings and load materials for production.
• Capability to monitor and adjust machine performance for quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure safety compliance.
• Document batch and in-process quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Organise and prepare machinery for operation according to production schedules
• Set up machinery by adjusting settings and loading materials
• Operate machinery to manufacture pharmaceutical products with precision and efficiency
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure product quality and consistency
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery to ensure optimal performance
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to maintain a safe working environment
• Completing of batch documentation and in process quality checks
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
