Job description

We’re a growing family owned business in the construction sales industry and we're looking for a motivated team player to support ouroperationsthroughinventory, logistics and administration.

Tasks you will undertake:

Confirm the accuracy of incoming goods against purchase orders, ensuring correct quantities and pricing

Accurately receipt in stock items, adjust pricing and revalue inventory as required

Administration tasks related to inventory, logistics and order fulfillment

Organising and booking couriers, updating courier registers and delivery tracking

Monthly inventory adjustments and stocktakes and EOFY stock counts

Working closely with the Sales Director and Financial Manager on expected stock levels, orders and arrivals

Working with the sales, service and admin teams to assist in day to day duties

Ensure that processes and procedures are followed.

Skills you will need:

Attention to detail and accuracy with strong organisational and analytical skills

Experience in inventory management, stock control and administration

Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Intermediate PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel). Lightspeed knowledge an advantage

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
