Zusammenfassung

Snap Fresh, based in Crestmead, Queensland, is seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to manage inventory movements, forecast requirements and coordinate goods flow across multiple warehouses. You will liaise with Planning, Transport and Finance teams to maintain stock accuracy and service levels.

The role demands a minimum of 5 years in logistics, strong data analytics, and proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years’ experience within the logistics industry.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Business or related discipline.
• Previous FMCG experience is highly desirable.
• Strong data modelling and analytical capabilities.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Experience with 3PL/4PL management systems is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to warehouse locations across Australia when required.

Aufgaben

• Monitor incoming and outgoing goods to maintain visibility across the supply chain.
• Monitor real-time inventory levels across central and local warehouses using inventory management systems.
• Coordinate stock movements between locations with Transport Coordinator.
• Anticipate future supply requirements with Planning team to align stock with demand.
• Inform customers of inventory updates and schedule changes.
• Coordinate with external warehouse and logistics partners to meet service standards.
• Oversee regular stock counts and ensure accuracy.
• Investigate discrepancies and monitor supplier performance, including invoice validation.
• Collaborate with Finance to resolve inventory-related claims and maintain documentation.
• Prepare reports on inventory levels, expiry dates, on-hold stock, and losses.
• Support safety and WHS compliance in the workplace.
