Job summary

AECI is seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to support inventory accuracy, SAP transactions, and reporting across our manufacturing and warehousing operations in Queensland. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will reconcile stock, process production transactions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in supply chain or inventory roles, strong analytical and Excel/Power BI skills, and experience with SAP or ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in supply chain, inventory, logistics, manufacturing or a similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock counts and inventory reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Process and validate production transactions in SAP.
• Maintain inventory and master data accuracy.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Support inventory audits, reporting, and continuous improvement projects.
• Partner with Operations, Manufacturing, Warehousing and Finance teams to improve supply chain performance.
