Job summary

Paxus is seeking an experienced Intune MDM/MAM Specialist to lead the technical implementation of an enterprise mobility solution in Adelaide.

The role centers on Microsoft Intune, MDM/MAM, iOS/Android/macOS management, device configuration, testing, deployment, and integration with Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise, with close collaboration to the deployment team.

You will produce technical documentation and run knowledge-transfer sessions to establish ongoing internal capability.

Intune MDM/MAM Specialist

Contract | Adelaide

We are seeking an experienced Intune MDM/MAM Specialist to lead the technical implementation of an enterprise mobile and endpoint management solution.

This is a hands‑on technical role with a strong focus on Microsoft Intune, mobile device management and Apple platforms. You will be responsible for the technical design, configuration, testing and implementation of the solution, working alongside an administrative team responsible for the physical deployment of devices.

About the role

You will lead the technical aspects of an Intune implementation across a diverse device environment, with a particular focus on iOS, Android and macOS.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing, configuring and administering Microsoft Intune within a complex/shared tenancy environment

• Implementing and managing Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) solutions

• Configuring and managing Intune across iOS, Android and macOS

• Developing device configuration profiles and compliance policies

• Configuring and supporting Conditional Access and related security controls

• Developing testing, pilot and phased deployment strategies

• Managing application deployment and corporate application catalogues

• Publishing and managing applications across enrolled devices

• Supporting integrations with Apple Business Manager

Experience managing Windows devices through Intune is advantageous, but the primary focus of this engagement is mobile and macOS platforms.

Knowledge transfer and handover

A key objective of the engagement is to establish sustainable internal capability.

You will therefore be expected to:

• Produce comprehensive technical documentation

• Develop operational procedures and support guidance

• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with internal teams

Provide structured technical handover to the Asset/Support team

Document configuration, processes and troubleshooting approaches

Help establish repeatable operational practices for ongoing Intune management

About you

You will be a hands‑on Intune specialist who can take ownership of the technical implementation rather than simply providing operational support.

You will ideally have:

• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune

• Proven experience implementing MDM and/or MAM solutions

• Strong experience managing iOS/iPadOS, Android and macOS devices

• Experience developing Intune configuration profiles and compliance policies

• Experience with Conditional Access

• Experience with application deployment and management through Intune

• Experience with Apple Business Manager

• Experience with Android Enterprise / Managed Google Play

• Experience working in complex enterprise or shared-tenancy environments

• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving capability

• Excellent technical documentation and communication skills

• Experience leading technical implementations, migrations or rollouts

Experience with Windows endpoint management through Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Jamf or other UEM/MDM platforms will be viewed favourably.
