B.Braun Australia Group is seeking a Sales Specialist – Interventional Therapy to join the Hospital Care team covering NSW/ACT. You will drive adoption of interventional therapy solutions, collaborating with clinicians and allied health professionals to meet sales targets and support product training and implementation.

The role reports to the Business Development Manager-Interventional Therapy and involves work with Product Specialists, Clinical Educators, and Marketing to expand and maintain

Qualifications

• Several years’ experience in a similar portfolio, ideally within Cardiac Catheter Labs, Interventional Radiology Suites, Operating Theatres, Medical and Day Oncology settings.
• Proven track record of sales achievements and ability to navigate complex sales cycles within the hospital system.
• Excellent communication, time management and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identifying customer needs, generating leads and presenting product information
• Developing and implementing strategic territory sales and performance plans
• Attending cases and providing technical support during surgical procedures
• Facilitating product trials & evaluations and delivering in-service training
• Developing effective relationships with key opinion leaders
