Job summary

Semmens Transport seeks experienced Brisbane/Sydney MC Linehaul Drivers for a full-time role based in Darra, QLD. You will operate on major interstate routes and ensure safe, timely freight delivery across key corridors.

Candidates should hold an MC licence with HV authorisation, possess interstate linehaul experience, and demonstrate strong safety records and communication skills for efficient dispatch and customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid MC licence and HV authority in good standing.
• Proven interstate linehaul or long-haul driving experience.
• Strong knowledge of Australian road transport rules and fatigue management.

Responsibilities

• Drive on interstate linehaul routes between Brisbane, Adelaide, Sydney and Melbourne.
• Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections and logbook maintenance.
• Maintain safety compliance and report defects or incidents promptly.
• Coordinate with dispatch and warehouse staff to meet schedules.
• Load/unload freight as required and uphold professional conduct.
