Job summary

Hims & Hers via Eucalyptus is seeking an enterprising Counsel, International to join our Australian Legal team. You will provide pragmatic legal advice across APAC on product development, launch and promotions, focusing on healthcare, technology and e-commerce intersections.

The role involves drafting commercial agreements, governance across APAC, and providing clear, business-focused guidance in a hybrid Australian work setting.

Qualifications

• Australian practising certificate required.
• 3–5 years PQE in corporate/commercial law.
• Strong drafting and communication skills to explain complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts with stakeholders.
• Provide legal support to Patient Support and Operations teams.
• Manage transaction documentation obligations and corporate structures.
• Oversee APAC corporate governance.
• Maintain internal legal guidance and play a practical advisory role.
• Provide concise, business-focused legal guidance.
• Develop relationships with business partners.
