We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Internal Sales Trainee to join our Wagga Wagga branch. This is a formal traineeship, offered as a 12‑month fixed-term contract, with the successful candidate enrolled through MEGT to complete a Certificate III in Business. It’s the perfect opportunity for a school leaver, recent graduate, or someone looking to change careers and step into the world of sales and business. This role includes participation in a rotating Saturday roster, typically 1–3 Saturdays per month, depending on staffing levels.

What your Day to Day will look like

• Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing top – tier service and support.
• Building relationship with customers via phone and email to assist in answering queries regarding products, pricing, orders, stock, delivery, and account queries.
• Assisting with general branch support and administration.
• Collaborate with other team members to streamline customer experience and improve sales processes.
• The position requires regular manual handling tasks, including picking and packing, and the ability to safely lift and move items weighing up to 15kg.
