Bullivants is seeking an Internal Sales Person to join our Welshpool team, delivering exceptional service to customers and the market. You will handle inbound sales calls, emails, and occasional counter sales to meet internal and external customer needs.

Your role involves managing enquiries, processing orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely quotes and updates. A proactive, customer-focused approach will help you excel in this permanent role with generous perks.

Qualificações

• Experience in sales, customer service or sales support roles.

Responsabilidades

• Managing sales inquiries within our branch via phone and email.
• Processing customer orders, quotes and manage customer interactions end to end.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain pricing, lead times and order updates.
• Comunicate clearly with internal departments to ensure smooth job flow.
• Keep all stakeholders informed of job progress, changes and timelines.
• Process quotes and orders in a timely manner.
• Providing product-based information and cross-selling products when required.
