Job summary

Motion is seeking an enthusiastic Internal Sales Representative to join our Malaga team. You will work closely with customers and the branch team to provide responsive service and support business growth.

Ideal candidates have sales or customer-service experience and a proactive, team-oriented approach. This role offers market-aligned remuneration and opportunities for progression within Motion.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service, sales or warehouse experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills and confidence learning new systems.
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
• A proactive, reliable and team-oriented approach.
• A mechanical aptitude or knowledge of bearings and power transmission products is advantageous, but not essential.
