Job summary

Rexel Australia’s Lear & Smith Electrical Wholesalers division in Port Macquarie seeks a customer-focused team member to deliver outstanding service and support to electrical trades customers. You’ll learn product solutions, handle quotes and orders, and help manage customer projects within a collaborative branch environment.

The role offers full training, quarterly bonuses, and wellbeing support, with opportunities for career growth and potential global mobility within Rexel’s 1,900+ branches.

Qualifications

About the role
In this role, you'll be a key member of our close-knit branch at Port Macquarie and be responsible for providing great customer service and sales support to our customers in the electrical industry.

A typical day will involve

• Provide solutions and in-store experience that inspires our customers.

A bit about you

• You bring positive energy to the team and are highly motivated to become an expert in your field.

• Passionate about building strong working relationships with new and existing customers.

• Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience highly regarded - otherwise we will provide the product training!
