West HQ is hiring a Gelatissimo Artisan for a full-time role to craft fresh gelato and deliver exceptional service in a lively setting. You will maintain quality, assist customers with flavour choices, and help keep display cabinets pristine while following food safety procedures.

Ideal candidates are team players with a bubbly, reliable attitude, strong attention to detail, and weekend/evening availability. NSW RSA certification is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to engage customers in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong attention to detail and presentation of gelato displays.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
• RSA certification required (NSW).

• Preparing and producing fresh gelato to Gelatissimo standards.

• Assisting customers with flavour selections and recommendations.
• Maintaining high standards of product quality and presentation.
• Keeping display cabinets clean, stocked and looking their best.
• Following food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Managing ingredients, stock rotation and daily production requirements.
• Working efficiently during busy periods, including theatre events.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming environment.
• Supporting the team with daily operations.
