Previous experience within your preferred specialty area is desirable but not essential.
Work within your chosen specialty area while developing advanced clinical knowledge, decision‑making capability and hands‑on experience under the guidance of experienced clinicians and educators.
Participate in structured learning, educational activities and clinical mentoring designed to support successful completion of postgraduate studies and specialty practice development.
Deliver evidence‑based, high‑quality care while supporting positive outcomes for patients, consumers and families.
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to a culture of learning, excellence, innovation and continuous improvement.
