Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Manager to shape and deliver communications across a large and diverse organisation in Australia. You will develop strategies, content and channels to engage our workforce and align with our strategic priorities.

Reporting to the Executive Manager - Communications and Change, you will partner with leaders, manage internal platforms, and use data to measure impact while driving employee engagement and connection

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years' experience in an internal communications lead role within a large, diverse organisation.
• Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills with ability to simplify complex information.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence leaders at all levels.
• Experience developing communication strategies, campaigns and change communications across multiple channels.
• Collaborative, customer-focused approach with excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Ability to use data, feedback and audience insights to drive engagement.
