CoStar Group, Inc. is seeking an Internal and Corporate Communications Lead to drive internal communications across a transforming business and support public relations for the commercial arm.
You will liaise with senior leaders and customer/product teams to tell clear, accurate stories of what matters and why it matters. You will craft employee-focused content, lead communications projects, and stay ahead of industry trends to inform executive messaging and external opportunities.
This role will help drive internal communications across a rapidly transforming business, while also supporting public relations and corporate communications for our commercial business. You’ll work with people across the organisation from senior leaders to teams closest to our customers and products to build a strong understanding of what is happening, why it matters and how we should communicate it. It will suit someone who enjoys pace, change and variety, and who is comfortable engaging with lots of different people to form a well-informed point of view. You’ll need the communications fundamentals strong judgement, excellent writing, audience awareness and the ability to execute but just as importantly, you’ll bring curiosity, initiative and an appetite to understand the business behind the message. If you’re someone who likes understanding how businesses work, the industries they operate in and what motivates and engages people, this is a role where those instincts will matter.
