Trinity Grammar School Summer Hill is offering a 2027 internship for recent graduates with a focus on youth leadership and Christian education. The role supports teachers and staff, and partners with the Chaplain to deliver faith-based activities across Preparatory, Junior and Middle School.

You will engage with students, assist in daily learning, camps, and co-curricular programs while gaining insights into the operational side of a Christian school, under Anglican affiliation.

Qualifications

• Recent high school graduate or currently studying Divinity, Theology or Education.
• Interest in Christian school environment and youth ministry.
• Willing to commit 20–25 hours per week while studying.

Responsibilities

The Intern- Youth Leader will contribute to the provision of quality educational experiences by assisting teachersand support staff, and work alongside the Assistant Chaplain in the delivery of Christian activities across either the Preparatory , Junior or Middle School.

This role is ideal for a young Christian who is interested in working with young people living through in the image of God through serving with humility, empowering others to grow whilst holding themselves and others accountable for their words and actions.

Our ideal candidate will be keen to be involved in all aspects of School life. You will be kept busy supporting day-to-day learning, camps, co-curricular activities as well as learning the operational aspects of the School. Working alongside our Chaplain and leadership team, you will have opportunity to share the Word of God and support our students on their faith journey.

The 2027 internship (1 year) is available to recent school graduates, preferably of Anglican faith, who are studying Divinity, Theology or Education. Working 20-25 hours a week, combined with studying, this opportunity provides a broad insight into working in a Christian school setting. The role attracts a generous salary.

Preference will be given to applicants from Trinity Grammar and Meriden School graduates.
