Job summary

W3Global is seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team in Brisbane. You will handle a broad range of accounting and taxation services, including tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts and SMSFs, BAS/IAS lodgements, and tax planning.

The role offers strong technical exposure with future opportunities for mentoring and leadership for the right candidate, in a collaborative, hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in public practice.
• CA or CPA qualification (preferred).
• Strong technical tax and compliance knowledge.
• Experience with Xero, XPM, BGL, Karbon, MYOB and QuickBooks.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A client-focused mindset.
• Ability to work well within a close-knit team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tax returns for individuals, company, trust and SMSF entities.
• Prepare BAS and IAS lodgements.
• Provide tax planning and advisory services.
• Assist with business structuring and new entity set-ups.
• Meet clients and manage relationships.
• Work across multiple systems and end-to-end management of client portfolios.
