Job summary

Ulton in Bundaberg is seeking an Intermediate Accountant to join our Business Services team. You will prepare and review financial statements for clients, contribute to compliance and advisory services, and support the budgeting and cashflow process.

Ideally you have 3+ years in Public Practice, undergraduate and progressing postgraduate qualifications, and hands-on experience with MYOB and Xero. We offer hybrid work, wellbeing and development allowances, and a collaborative, long‑term career

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Public Practice and Business Services
• Undergraduate qualifications essential; postgraduate qualification or progress towards it preferred
• Experience with MYOB AE, MYOB AccountRight, and Xero; familiarity with System Release programs
• Professional presentation and communication skills with a client-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements for companies, partnerships, trusts, and high-net-worth individuals
• Deliver a range of high-quality compliance and business advisory services to clients
• Support advisory work under managers' and partners' guidance, applying technical strengths
• Assist with budget and cashflow drafting for business planning and management
