Job summary

Piper Fitzgerald Pty on the Gold Coast is seeking an accountant with 2–4 years in business services or tax within an Australian public practice. You’ll manage your own client portfolio covering individual, company, trust and partnership returns, BAS/IAS, Division 7A, FBT and increasingly advisory work.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of business services or tax experience in an Australian public practice
• CA/CPA qualification or working towards it
• Confident across Xero and cloud accounting platforms
• Enjoys client relationships and exposure beyond compliance

Responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio of clients across returns, BAS and IAS, Division 7A, FBT
• Direct client contact with business owners
• Grow into advisory work as you progress
