Qualifications

• 2–4 years Australian public practice accounting experience.
• Strong technical accounting and taxation knowledge.
• Experience with Xero and/or MYOB.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A professional, client-focused approach.
• CA/CPA qualification or currently studying towards completion.

Responsibilities

• Preparing financial statements and income tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts and partnerships.
• Preparing and reviewing BAS and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Assisting with tax planning and business advisory engagements.
• Managing client communication and developing strong professional relationships.
• Assisting with more complex accounting and taxation matters.
• Working closely with senior accountants and Partners to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.

The Role

About You

To be successful in this position, you will have:
