Green Design Indoor Plant Hire is seeking an Interior Plant Technician and an Installer in the Sydney area. The roles involve caring for indoor plants, installing and removing plants and planters at offices, and providing excellent client service.

The positions offer Monday to Friday, early finishes around 2:00 pm, above-award wages and two annual bonuses. Training is provided for the right person, with travel time paid each day.

Qualifications

• Must have a current driver’s licence.
• Comfortable communicating with clients and colleagues.
• Willing to learn about indoor plants and plant care.

Responsibilities

• Care for indoor plants at client offices and maintain health and appearance.
• Install and remove plants and planters at sites.
• Work with the team to ensure installations are completed safely and to a high standard.

No experience with indoor plants? That's okay — we'll provide the training.

As an Interior Plant Technician, you will:

• Care for indoor plants at our clients' offices and ensure they remain healthy and looking their best.
• Trim, clean and water plants, with fertilising and plant replacement when required.
• Install and remove plants and planters.
• Build positive relationships with our clients — they really appreciate having someone come in and take care of their greenery.
• Work closely with the team to ensure our plants are healthy and our clients are happy.

Installer

As an Installer, you will:

• Install and remove plants and planters at our clients' offices.
• Ensure installations are completed safely, neatly and to a high standard.
• Make sure our clients are happy with the finished result before you leave.
• Work as part of a team to ensure each installation runs smoothly.
• Take pride in creating a great finished result for our clients.
