Job summary

Align Kitchens in Brisbane is seeking a motivated Interior Designer with a proven sales record to join our growing team. We are a family-run business providing high-end kitchen and bathroom renovations across Brisbane from our Red Hill location.

You will consult with clients on-site, develop design concepts, prepare quotes, and coordinate with suppliers and installers to deliver stunning spaces for families. Start date Sep 2026, full-time role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
• Interior Design Qualification.
• More than 5 years of sales experience.
• Project coordination experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on-site to understand functional and spatial requirements.
• Scan room dimensions on an iPad.
• Develop interior design concepts, colour palettes, layouts and material selections.
• Liaise with estimator and suppliers to prepare accurate client quotes.
• Book showroom consultations and present plans and quotes to clients.
• Convert sales by obtaining deposits to begin production.
• Coordinate with suppliers, trades, and project teams to meet requirements.
• Maintain awareness of current interior design trends, materials and products.
• Demonstrate creativity and critical thinking in design solutions.
