The Role

We have two exciting vacancies for two Interior Designers to join our Interior Design Team in Melbourne. This role will bring fresh ideas into projects, contribute to our collaborative approach to design, learn and seek development from seasoned professionals, and benefit from a supportive environment that fosters growth as a designer.

As an Interior Designer, you will play a key role in the design and documentation of projects from concept through to completion. You’ll work closely with senior designers and directors, contributing to design development, client presentations, and project delivery

The role will report to the Studio Associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop design concepts and translate them into detailed documentation using AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure design intent is maintained.
  • Prepare mood boards, material selections, and FF&E schedules.
  • Attend site visits and assist with project coordination and administration.
  • Contribute to Studio 103’s creative culture and design excellence.
About You
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in interior design, ideally within commercial or residential sectors.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work across multiple projects.
