We are looking for an Interior Architect / Interior Designer to join our growing team. The role is based in our Unanderra Office, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to interior design concepts across a range of project types and scales
• Translate client needs into creative yet practical design outcomes
• Develop documentation packages from concept through to delivery
• Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and other internal departments
• Stay hands-on with detailing, materials, and specifications
• Contribute to design discussions that influence projects from the ground up

Qualifications

• Qualification in Interior Architecture / Interior Design
• 5–10 years’ experience in practice (childcare, education, workplace, or health experience an advantage)
• Strong design sensibility with excellent technical and documentation skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency in Revit (essential), Adobe Creative Suite, and Enscape/3D visualisation
• Proven ability to manage time, priorities, and deadlines across multiple projects
• A collaborative, proactive mindset with strong communication skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet project demands
