Job summary

Harbison is seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to deliver engaging playgroup and early learning experiences. This role collaborates with Harbison Early Learning to support intergenerational programs linking children and residents.

You will assist with activity planning, maintain a safe learning environment, and support families and carers while meeting regulatory requirements and safeguarding standards.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care is required.
• Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Foundations of Child Safety Training completed.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, preparation and delivery of playgroup and early learning experiences.
• Collaborate with the Early Learning team to foster intergenerational engagement with Harbison residents.
• Assist with day-to-day setup, safety, and the creation of inclusive, developmentally appropriate activities.
