Qualifications include a Certificate III, Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care, plus completion of Geccko National Child Safety Training. Harmony offers strong professional growth and a supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or are currently studying).
• Completion of the National Child Safety Training via Geccko, with a current certificate of completion.
• A commitment to child and cultural safety.
• An understanding of child protection and reporting obligations.
• A collaborative, inclusive approach and a desire to make a positive difference.
