Job summary

Compas in Canberra is seeking an Intelligence Analyst to deliver research, analysis and advisory support in a high-security Australian Government environment.

The role involves working closely with senior executives and NIC agencies to identify and respond to intelligence requirements, manage access to classified information, and strengthen cross-organisational intelligence coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced policy or intelligence environment.
• Experience working with the National Intelligence Community (NIC).
• Active TSPV or TSPA security clearance is required.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver intelligence research, analysis and advice to support foreign policy and crisis response.
• Engage with senior executives, policy stakeholders and NIC agencies to identify intelligence requirements.
• Manage access to classified information and secure TOP SECRET communications systems.
• Strengthen intelligence coordination, collaboration and awareness across the organisation.
