Job summary

Barwon Asset Solutions (BAS), a Barwon Water subsidiary, seeks an Integrity and Governance Specialist to lead the fraud and privacy governance framework and manage FOI responsibilities. You will provide authoritative advice to senior leaders and drive governance initiatives with a high degree of autonomy.

You will engage regulators and oversight bodies, translate legislation into practical outcomes, and strengthen transparency, accountability and community trust across the organisation,

Qualifications

• Experienced governance or compliance professional.
• Qualifications in business, law or finance.
• Ability to translate legislation, policy and regulatory requirements into practical business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations, statutory responses and organisational governance initiatives.
• Provide authoritative advice to leaders across the business.
• Engage with regulators, oversight bodies and key stakeholders.
• Prepare investigation reports, statutory determinations and regulator correspondence.
