Centorrino Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking an experienced Integration .NET Developer for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Darwin, NT.

You will design, develop and support integrations between multiple systems in a modern .NET environment, collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders. The role focuses on building robust integrations, REST API consumption, two-way data interchange and contributing to architecture and documentation.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing and supporting integrations between multiple systems, helping to deliver reliable and scalable solutions within a modern .NET environment. You will work across application development, APIs, data interchange and integration architecture while collaborating closely with technical teams and business stakeholders. This role is a 12-month fixed term contract based in Darwin, NT.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop and support system-to-system integrations using C# and .NET.
• Build and maintain integrations supporting two-way data interchange between systems.
• Develop and consume REST APIs and work with JSON and XML data formats.
• Apply appropriate integration patterns and architectural approaches to deliver robust solutions.
• Work across .NET Framework and modern .NET/Core environments, including .NET 6+.
• Contribute to technical architecture, application design and programming activities.
• Develop clean, maintainable and well-tested code.
• Write and maintain unit tests to ensure solution quality and reliability.
• Work with Git and CI/CD pipelines to support effective development and release practices.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts during requirements gathering and solution design.
• Work closely with project teams, technical leads and stakeholders to deliver integration outcomes within agreed timeframes.
• Use issue tracking tools such as Jira to manage development activities and defects.
• Contribute to technical documentation, including functional specifications, technical designs and database models.
• Support troubleshooting, integration testing and resolution of technical issues.
• Contribute to other software development activities as required by the project team.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of commercial experience in C#/.NET development.
• 5+ years of experience designing, building and supporting system integrations.
• Proven experience integrating two or more systems, ideally including two-way data interchange.
• Strong experience across .NET Framework and modern .NET/Core, including .NET 6 or later.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, XML and integration patterns.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD and modern software development practices.
• Demonstrated experience writing unit tests and delivering high-quality production code.
• Experience working with Jira or similar issue-tracking tools.
• Strong understanding of technical architecture, application design and software development principles.
• Experience working collaboratively with Business Analysts to understand and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to produce and interpret technical documentation, including technical designs and functional specifications.
• Understanding of Dependency Injection and application architecture.
• Understanding of system architecture across client, presentation, business, service, data and database layers.
• Experience with WPF/XAML, web applications or SPA development would be advantageous.
• Exposure to infrastructure concepts including web servers, databases, service accounts, DNS and virtual environments would be beneficial.
• Understanding of networking and application security principles.
• Relevant qualifications in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A proactive, accountable and collaborative approach with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
