Job summary

Must Have Skills

• Kafka broker architecture, schema registry, Kafka Connect, consumer groups, Confluent Platform / Confluent Cloud experience
• Eventing standards and governance guardrails/enforcement/development; event‑driven use‑case design, development, and implementation (outside of Kafka platform architecture)
• Cloud infrastructure: GCP Compute, GCS (or relevant experience in AWS or Azure)
• Monitoring and observability: New Relic, Sumo Logic (or relevant experience in Splunk, AppDynamics, Datadog, etc.)
• Platform access controls and security concepts: ACL/RBAC controls, OAuth 2.0 client credentials Flow, mTLS, TLS, certificate management, secrets management
