About our Client

We are currently partnering with a leading Australian organisation in the Education sector which is undertaking its largest technical program of work to date. This ambitious program focuses on transforming how they interact with future students and enhancing the overall customer experience. The program is in the detailed design stage and comprises four simultaneous projects, including a large-scale Salesforce implementation.

Role Purpose

The Integration Architect will join a high-impact, enterprise-level program team at a pivotal stage in the clients digital transformation. The role is responsible for designing, strategising, and executing integration solutions across multiple internal and external systems. This includes both real-time and batch integrations, guiding internal integration teams, and managing external vendors to ensure the successful delivery of enterprise data flows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, strategy, and documentation of integrations across systems, clarifying scope and responsibilities with internal teams and external partners.
  • Determine the appropriate integration approach (real-time via Fast API or batch via Adflow) for 93 data flows in consultation with business stakeholders
  • Assist internal integration developers and program leads in resolving design and execution challenges.
  • Take ownership of external system integrations
  • Work closely with migration leads to align data cleansing, migration strategies, and execution with integration requirements.
  • Identify vendor requirements and manage escalations to ensure integrations are delivered on time and to specification
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
  • Proven experience as an Integration Architect or Lead Integration Consultant.
  • Salesforce Integration experience is essential
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience designing and implementing both batch (Adflow) and real-time (Fast API) integrations.
  • Hands-on expertise in API-based and batch-based integrations across complex enterprise systems.
  • Ability to drive outcomes with internal teams and external vendors in challenging environments.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
