Job summary

Asahi Beverages in Australia is seeking an Integrated Supply Planner to join the Customer Logistics team, supporting Woolworths Group. You’ll manage purchase orders, monitor inventory and collaborate with both Asahi and Woolworths to maintain product availability and service levels.

This role blends customer engagement with supply chain planning in a fast-paced FMCG environment. You’ll work with Distribution, Demand and Sales teams to drive improvements and build strong retailer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, customer logistics, inventory management or planning.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-facing experience within a B2B environment.
• FMCG, Retail, 3PL or distribution experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capability.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience working with major retailers will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders and inventory levels within Woolworths systems
• Monitor stock availability and proactively minimise out‑of‑stocks
• Partner with Woolworths teams to support promotional and seasonal activity
• Investigate supply chain issues and coordinate solutions across the business
• Work closely with Distribution, Supply Planning, Demand Planning and Sales teams
• Identify opportunities to improve service, efficiency and customer outcomes
• Act as the key point of contact for Woolworths supply chain stakeholders
