Job summary

Mark Anthony Brands is seeking a Supply Chain Planner in Australia to lead Customer Service and Supply Planning for the Australian business. You will process daily orders, manage supply and production plans, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain service levels while minimizing obsolescence.

The role requires 2–3 years in supply or inventory planning (beverage/FMCG preferred), strong Excel skills, and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of supply or inventory planning experience, preferably in Beverage/FMCG.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP/JDA/Oracle/QAD preferred.
• Understanding of global logistics processes and the Australian market.
• Experience across Customer Service, Master Data Management, or Procurement.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AUS Customer Service & Logistics to ensure right product, right place, right time, at the right price.
• Process daily AUS customer orders through an ERP system.
• Own the Customer Service Inbox and be the key point of contact for all AUS customer queries.
• Monthly KPI reporting and accurate month end processes.
• Management & reconciliation of finished goods inventory levels at AUS 3PL Warehouses including inter-warehouse transfers.
• Management & reconciliation of raw material and packaging inventory levels.
• Control the supply plan to maintain appropriate inventory holdings, ensuring customers remain in stock while balancing shelf-life risks.
• Facilitate the production plan with AUS 3rd party manufacturing.
