A prominent educational institution is seeking a part-time Integrated Solutions CE Specialist to provide advanced support for their Customer Engagement platform. The role involves enhancing enterprise applications across finance, HR, and other sectors. Candidates must have strong skills in user requirement translation, support resolution, and record-keeping, along with desirable Microsoft Certifications.

The role of Integrated Solutions CE Specialist belongs to the Digital Technology team in the Finance, Infrastructure and Digital Technology directorate. The successful applicant will provide advanced support for CEWA's Customer Engagement (CE) platform and contribute to the enhancement of integrated enterprise applications, including finance, HR, learning management, procurement, and reporting systems.
This is a 0.5FTE part-time ongoing position commencing as soon as possible, with a competitive salary: Level J1-J4 on the CEWA salary scale ($131,340 - $147,062 per annum) plus superannuation. Selection criteria include support for the Catholic ethos, ability to translate user requirements into clear and concise user stories, experience in performing regression testing, and capacity to conduct training sessions on new system features. The applicant should also have strong skills in resolving support requests and excellent record-keeping skills.
Highly desirable criteria include experience working with or supporting education organisations, experience in support service delivery, and current Microsoft Certifications.
