Job summary

Rohde & Schwarz Australia is seeking an experienced Logistics/ILS engineer to deliver high-quality, reliable integrated communications system solutions within a systems engineering framework. You will lead a team, collaborate with engineering colleagues, and drive ILS activities across defence-related projects.

The role involves risk management, tender support, and providing guidance to peers while ensuring compliance with procedures and budgets.

Qualifications

Specialist technical expertise in Integrated Logistics Support for engineering projects.
Extensive experience in an integrated logistics support or similar role.
Experience in defence engineering environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead a team on logistics support system solutions and deliverables.
Collaborate with Systems Engineering to deliver logistics outcomes.
Ensure support activities meet approved procedures, budgets and quality.
Identify potential issues, manage risk, and develop mitigation plans in logistics support.
Support the ILS Manager or project engineer to achieve outcomes.
Participate in tender support activities.
Provide leadership and guidance to peers and team.
