Milwaukee Tools is seeking an experienced Integrated Designer to deliver bold campaigns across digital, social, web and print. You will take briefs from concept through to final execution, working with senior stakeholders to ensure UX/UI and customer journey thinking informs every asset while championing brand standards.

With 5+ years in integrated or digital design and strong Figma/Adobe Creative Cloud skills, you’ll contribute to a high-energy team, develop templates, and drive creative

Qualifications

• 5+ years' industry experience in integrated, graphic or digital design.
• High-level Figma skills with demonstrated digital design experience.
• Advanced capability across Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & After Effects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital, social, web and print design including campaigns and eDMs.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI, customer journeys and digital design trends.
• Exceptional creative and conceptual skills with ability to present to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborative approach; able to influence and contribute to a high-performing team.
• Strong understanding of brand consistency and visual identity across channels.

Responsibilities

• Bring creative briefs to life, developing concepts from ideation through to final execution.
• Create engaging omni-channel campaigns across digital, social, web, eDM and print.
• Design high-quality digital experiences using Figma with strong UX/UI and customer journey thinking.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to brainstorm, develop, present and deliver concepts.
• Champion the brand with consistent visual design and brand integrity across channels.
• Drive excellence by developing templates and sharing best practices in a collaborative creative environment.
