Milwaukee Tool Australia & New Zealand is seeking an experienced Integrated Designer to craft bold, engaging work across digital, social, web and print. You will translate briefs from concept to final assets, collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to uphold brand standards.

You bring 5+ years of design experience, expert Figma skills, and advanced Adobe Creative Suite proficiency to deliver exceptional user journeys and visually compelling campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in integrated, graphic or digital design.
• Strong Figma skills with experience designing digital experiences.
• Advanced capability across the Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, customer journeys and digital trends.

Due to an internal movement, we're looking for an experienced Integrated Designer with 5+ years' experience and high-level skills across Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud to create bold, engaging work across digital, social, web and print. You'll take briefs from concept, brainstorming and ideation through to final execution, delivering integrated campaigns and creative assets across multiple channels. Working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you'll bring strong UX/UI and customer journey thinking, champion our brand standards and help drive creative excellence across the team.

Reporting to the Creative Services Lead, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Bring creative briefs to life, developing concepts from ideation and design through to final execution.
• Create engaging omni-channel campaigns across digital, social, web, eDM and print.
• Design high-quality digital experiences using Figma, applying strong UX/UI principles and customer journey thinking.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to brainstorm, develop, present and deliver creative concepts.
• Champion the brand, ensuring consistent visual design and brand integrity across all channels and touchpoints.
• Drive creative excellence and efficiency by developing templates, sharing best practice and contributing to a collaborative, high-energy creative environment.

What you will bring to the role:

• 5+ years' industry experience in integrated, graphic or digital design.
• High-level Figma skills, with demonstrated experience designing digital experiences and assets.
• Advanced capability across the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects.
• A strong portfolio showcasing digital, social, web and print design, including campaigns, eDMs and digital advertising assets.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, customer journeys and digital design trends, with the ability to create engaging, user-focused experiences.
• Exceptional creative and conceptual skills, with the confidence to present and articulate ideas to senior stakeholders.
• A collaborative approach, with the ability to influence, guide others and contribute positively to a high-performing creative team.
• Strong understanding of brand consistency and visual identity, with the ability to champion brand standards across multiple channels.
